The Bailey Theatre's annual fall fundraiser Eat, Drink and Make Merry on Saturday, October 28th at the Bailey Theatre.  The evening of merriment will be filled with delicious food, entertainment and auctions.  Tickets are $100 each and can be purchased at the Bailey Theatre.


The Camrose Association for Community Living's Annual Charity Auction takes place on Thursday, October 26th at the Best Western Plus Camrose Resort Casino.  This year features a western theme with the saloon opening up at 5:30pm with a dinner and auction to follow.  To purchase your tickets call 672-0257.


The Camrose Arts Society is proud to present Nikolia at the Jeanne and Peter Lougheed Preforming Arts Centre on Friday, September 29th.  This free event will take place between 6:30pm and 8pm and tickets can be picked up at both the Lougheed Centre and the Chuck MacLean Arts Centre.


The Wetaskiwin Health Foundation is holding their annual Wings and Wheels lottery!  There's over $70,000 in prizes like a new Ford Escape or Gas For A Year up for grabs.  Tickets are jsut $10 or 20 for $100!  The deadline to purchase your tickets is November 27th.  Visit for all the details.

Auditions for the theatrical preformance of Jesus Christ Superstar will be held on September 21st and 22nd at 7pm in the Camrose United Church.  For more information email

Camrose Minor Baseball will be holding their annual general meeting on Tuesday, September 26th at 7pm in the Border Paving Room at the Camrose Recreation Centre. 


The Emergency Clothing and Furniture Depot is once again hosting Coats for Camrose on October 18th and October 19th at Duggan Mall from 10am until 8pm each day.  To drop off a donation stop by Duggan Mall or the Emergency Clothing and Furniture Depot.  If you require a winter jacket, don't hesitate to stop by on the 18th and 19th.

Sacred Arts is offering Yoga in the Park on Friday's throughout the summer.  Sessions will run from noon until 1pm and admittance is by donation to the Camrose Women's Shelter.  The Book Bike will also be present during the sessions.


The Bailey Buckaroo's will begin their fall season at The Bailey Theatre on September 24th.  The Buckaroo's preform once a month and you can purchase a season pass for $120 at The Bailey Theatre!

The Camrose Beach Volleyball Leagues are having free drop in volleyball every Wednesday night throughout the month of September.  Drop in Volleyball begins at 6:30pm at the Volleyball Courts located next to Harry Andreasson Field.


Wetaskiwin and District Victim Services will be holding thier 20th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 26th at the Wetaskiwin Legion between 5pm and 6pm.  If you're interested in volunteering of helping to shape the direction of the Wetaskiwin and District Victim Services, you're invited to attend.
